Our business is in shipping and there are 2 sides in our business model:
1. Export to the USA and 2. Import from USA to Canada.
DYK Post gives you a USA address for your USA bound shipments. Your USA/international shipments from Canada will be zone shifted to local USA shipments originating from our USA address. We then courier your packages across the border to this USA address, 6 days a week, for transfer to the United States Postal Services (USPS), UPS or FedEx, skipping all Canadian carriers such as Canada Post. All packages will then be handed over directly to USPS , USA UPS or FedEx the very next business day, resulting in faster delivery time and more affordable postage.

Select our USA address as the originating shipping from location and pay for USA postage for USPS, UPS or FedEx. Buy postage online from Shippo, Pirate Ship, Shipstation, Poshmark USA, eBay.com, Amazon.com or directly from one of our branches.
Not everything can be mailed. Submit your customs declaration (manifest) for U.S. customs online via One Portal or from one of the computers in our branches. Shipments with food must accompany with a copy of an FDA prior notice on the outside of the box.
If you have purchased pre-paid shipping labels, simply drop off these packages to one of DYK Post’s branches and pay our border crossing fee. If you do not have a computer/label printer, simply just drop by one of our branches and pay to ship just like going to a local Post Office.
DYK Post gives you a USA address for your purchases, allowing you to buy items directly from the USA to be delivered locally which might not have been possible otherwise to Canada. If our Sweet Grass Montana USA address is used (for customers from Alberta), there will be no USA sale taxes as Montana is a sales-tax-free state. One could also enjoy free shipping, if available, within the USA. Your USA purchases will then be delivered to and handled by our USA warehouse. After the delivery to our USA address, you can simply drive down to pickup your purchases personally or request DYK Post to import them on your behalf to Canada.

Our Montana warehouse will email you a ticket number for each package they receive on your behalf. If you are buying from British Columbia and sent to Blaine Washington, please email the tracking numbers to our Richmond office.
Email us a pickup request with the ticket numbers and pickup branch. Provide a brief description of your purchase, sales receipts and country of made so we can pay your tax/duty on your behalf before importing to Canada.
After we have paid your taxes/duty, imported your items to Canada and sent to your requested DYK Post branch for pickup, you will be emailed a pickup invoice/notification, summarizing the fee that is due.
